Ken draws on 19 years business experience predominantly focused on business-to-business development and operations management. Seven of those 19 years were focused in the franchise industry working for two national franchisors. He assisted entrepreneurs interested in owning their own business in addition to helping them analyze, support and build their business for prolonged sustainability and profitability with a focus on sales, marketing, customer service and operations. As the Director of Membership and Strategic Relations with the Small Business Association of Michigan, he continues to support businesses across the state by offering benefits, services and advocacy to entrepreneurs. His responsibilities include running the Strategic Partnership Program and staff liaison for the SBAM Leadership Council among other member related services.
